Ingredients:
200 gr. dark chocolate
100 gr.
butter 60 gr.
flour 60 gr. sugar + 1 tablespoon
lemon (juice)
2 large apples
2 eggs 1 tablespoon baking powder.
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler.
Meanwhile cut the apples and place in a saucepan with the lemon juice and a tablespoon of sugar.
Cook until water has evaporated.
Besides, beat the eggs with the sugar. Once installed, add the melted chocolate with the butter, flour, baking powder and baked apples.
Line a small baking pan with parchment paper and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
Dust with icing sugar.
